Electrical problem or ECU?

K so last night I went home, I noticed that my right headlamp goes blinking at many times, and the stereo became on-off on several basis and it's quite annoying. On midway home, the other headlamp also blinking...

upon arrived at my home I check the battery, it's full, the alternator seems fine with strong magnet, everything else seems fine.

however the dash clock won't turn off once the key is pulled off.

I wonder if it's an electrical problem? ECU? fuse? or what?

I need an enlightment since this is my daily driven car..

has anyone solve this kinda occurence? any enligtmnet is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Check all the brake/parking light bulbs. They tend to melt down and fuse the circuits together. Check the headlight sockets too.

Check fuses and relays under the hood. Make sure they are not blown and or snug in place. Sounds like one is rattling around.

Take a look to the wiring to the relay/fuse box for the headlights on the pass front. Sometimes the harnesses rub through.

yes sir I did find the culprit. Apparently the headlamp wire is somehow been cut open, and it frequently touches the alternator...

wrap it with the ducttape, and voila it's solved.
