not too sure about the oil cooler man, but the discs ara fairly easy.
take off the FULL hubs with handbrake cables, they have to be swapped over.not too sure if the GXi and xli radius rods differ, I got a 20V rear axle and the rods were thicker than the standard xli ones...
and yes, thats all that you have to swap over (just full hubs mainly, including hubs, brake discs, caliper, pads, carriers etc)
You'll need to get ahold of a Levin... the have all the parts needed to swap it over.

you could also sell the doorcards and backseats, clocks, arm-rest centre console (which it has) on ebay...I like the way GXi's have the footrest beside the clutch pedal, add comfort on long drives...
