I was wondering my steering wheel is way off of center and is it due to the inner or outer tie rods...???? or is it another problem...

maybe the steering wheel wasn't centred the last time the wheel alignment was done?many places dont seem to check this at all, leaving the steering wheel off at times...

It can be any number of different things.

Get to a good alignment shop.

When i bought the car the steering was centered pretty well. But its gotten noticeably worse as time goes on...
