The member by the name of mr.swackhammer has a cool little ducktail spoiler on the rear of his Corolla.

See post #1432 on this page for pics:

He sent me an up-close picture of it via a PM a few weeks ago. He said it's made of rubber and that it's held on by double sided tape:

No problem

I've been searching around the net over the past hour or so, and managed to find this site. They sell the BMW trunk lips to suit specific vehicles, and fortunately the 7th Gen Corolla is on the list. I've sent them an email to see if they still make the lips and how much they cost. They're located in China, but the shipping shouldn't be too much if they're still available. Here's the link:

That they are all over eBay...IMO, they look better on late BMW E46's... But they're flexible and rubber so you can cut them to size and bend them to body lines.

Just got a reply from the company that I mentioned in post #9. The cost is $50 USD which includes shipping anywhere worldwide. Add another $20 USD if you want it painted. That's surprisingly cheap in my opinion, considering the ones over here cost the equivalent of $100 USD, unpainted, wrong length and without the shipping. I might even buy one for myself now that I know the price . You can do the currency conversion at xe.com.

So if anyone wants one, send an email to brad@composite-gtc.com and he should be able to help you out

Update: Just bought a trunk lip spoiler from the site I was talking about. They let me pay by PayPal so that I could avoid the rather costly bank transfer fees. The whole lot came to $70 USD ($102 NZD, £47), which includes the shipping and painting. He said it will be as easy as peeling off the 3M tape and sticking it to the trunk, no trimming involved. Looking forward to receiving it. Will post pics when I do

The trunk lip spoiler arrived about an hour ago. It only took 3-days to get all the way from Taiwan to New Zealand. EMS literally puts NZ Post to shame

The paint-job looks perfect. It's made of rubber so it's rolled up in the box, which means I just have to put a couple of books on each end for a few hours so that it straightens itself up before installation.

I won't be installing it today, but I'll post pics ASAP

I managed to get the spoiler straight by leaving it in the sun for a few hours. I haven't installed it yet, but just lay it down on the trunk to see what it looked like. Should look great once it's firmly stuck down. Here's a couple of pics:
