Smile does anyone check the length between front shock up ?

my car never setup strut bar and now i don't know that the length between shock up becomes shorter or not.

i have check my car. [ this picture , when you stand in front of the car ]

1. length is 100.5 cm
2. length is 90 cm
3. length is 103.3 cm

could anyone check it and post for me please?

Finally got a chance to measure mine. I'm using an OEM 3-point bar (bolts to firewall) and my measurements are virtually the same as yours. You need someone without a strut bar to measure theres. I may be able to measure the one at the wreckers if it still has the struts in it.

It's an OEM part off an AE101 Corolla GT model (same shape just with a factory 4A-GE engine). It comes factory on quite a few other models too.

iv now got the same as Scott... got mine of an AE102... its just i lost the bolt that fit to the firewall..

^ You've really gotta drill those holes bro, or else it's technically only a 2-point bar . Will make it more rigid once you bolt it to the firewall.

^ Yeah that was like my one. I just got the appropriate sized drill piece and drilled through. You can either drill the hole a bit smaller than the bolt so that it taps itself in there, or make the hole the same size as the bolt and put a washer and nut on the other side.
