I would reconsider this if I were you. Small cars with small tires (like Corollas) do not take well to manual steering. Power steering systems leak very rarely, and trust me when I say it isn't worth the 3-5hp (if that) you 'lose' from turning your power steering pump.
Just something for you to keep in mind.
If the accessory drag really bothers you that much, try finding an oversize power steering pulley. This will make the pump easier to turn, and as such, will require less rotational force from the engine. It will also spin the pump slower, however, so your power steering may not be effective when the engine is at idle. It depends on how much larger the pulley is over stock.
