Vibration in Steering Wheel

My fiancee's car is a 1995 Corolla 1.8L. She bought it about 4 years ago. She tells me it has always had the vibration in the steering wheel. I popped in a new set of plugs. She tells me it has this vibration at any speed including idle. The plugs had some evidence of oil burning. I verified the firing order of the plugs and all seem to be okay. The engine did not move when I checked the engine mounts.

Has anybody got any ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thankyou all.

Soooo why are you doing engine work if she has suspension or brake problems?

Get under the car and see whats loose or in need of maintenance!

One of my Prizms was doing the same thing, I ended up swapping out the right side motor mount and it immediately went away, and the thing was the rubber on the motor mount was not stiff or deteriorated.

This. The right side motor mount in our generation of Corollas/Prizms are notorious for causing all kinds of clanks, bangs and noises.
