Stalling but starts up fine?

My car has plenty of gas and spark plugs and wires are brand new. I have this weird problem that just came up today.

I was driving to work and about 6-7 minutes in to the drive my car stalled and all the gauge lights came on. I pulled over and restarted with no problem and then after driving a few feet it stalled and died again. I started it up again and drove about a mile to work and then it died again. There's no rough idle or stuttering, it just dies and then starts up like normal.

What could be wrong?

I have a similar problem - maybe. I have a 94 that will start but stalls when put in drive. Also you can rev it in park just a little but then it will stall. I have replaced the fuel filter but it had no effect. Thought it might be a clogged catalytic converter so I removed the O2 sensor and started it but it had no effect. I looking for something else to try if anyone has any ideas.
