Cranks No Start No Injector pulse

Hi Guys,

I´m helping a buddy with his 1995 Corolla. He recently put a new engine in and the car is not starting. Checked all 4 injectors with DVOM, threshold I believe is 13.4-14.2 ohms, all 4 were within that range. Also put a noid light on all 4 harness while cranking and light is not coming on. I did not have a chance to look at the crank position sensor, also checked efi relay for continuity and relay is working as it should. I´m stumped on this one,any input is appreciated.

Checked all fuses on left kickpanel and by engine. i did not hear anything from the fuel pump. Shouldnt the injectors have pulse wether the fuel pumps works or not?

I rechecked the fuel pump, I can only hear it run while cranking. No noise or movement with ignition on.

Check fuel pump relay, if an issue still exists, replace pump

We decided to go down the line on the components that are part of fuel delivery namely:Circuit Opening Relay, EFI main relay,Fuel pump pressure.

Before we started I decided to have another look to make sure we had connected everything from the main harness. Turns out the ground on the side by the starter was not connected. Took out the starter, connected the ground and voila, the rolla started right up
