Hard vibration on dash when accelerating

I have a 94 geo prizm, when its accelerating i get this hard vibration on my dash almost like its gona fall off. After second gear its almost non existent. At first i thought ok maybe my dash is just loose or something fell in there. Then i noticed while the vibration is going on, i hear this rattle like if metal is touching metal. I thought either one of my motor mounts is bad or maybe one of my exhaust hanger is bad. So first i wanted to gather some information such as, how many exhaust hangers do our cars have. How many motor mounts do we have. And where should i begin what would cause this nasty vibration in my dash, when accelerating from a dead stop, then just go away after second gear? It wasn't always like this and its getting really annoying. Any help is appreciated thanks.

Well guys it seems that i might have found my problem. Today i was inspecting my motor mounts. I noticed that there is a bolt in my passenger side mount that has broken off. I passed by the local parts store and the guy told me, the motor mount doesn't bring the bolts, and i was better off trying to get it at a hardware store. Makes sense and it would be a lot cheaper. Took some pics of the broken bolt.

Check you axles first. Vibration is less in second since the torque put through them is less.

Exhaust hangers dont cause vibration!

You didnt indicate if its the bolt holding the mount to the frame or engine or the through bolt.

All of them can be gotten at a good fastener store. Think about the fact that the others nearby have been overstressed and should be replaced too. (If its the mount bolts)

Its probably the biggest bolt it seems to be connecting thru the engine. And there are two smaller bolts next to it. I just dont know what to go look for the, size or the thread style etc. I haven't taken it out i would like to buy them first then take it apart...

Just happen to have a trans with mounts sitting in the garage.

All bolts are 10mm x 1.25

Through bolt on the front is 82mm long and the mount bolts are 30mm long.

Dont skimp on the grade! Look for an 8.8 on the head or better.

So i went to like 3 different fastener stores today and a few junkyards. The only place that had them only sold them in a box of 100's, Total woulda been like 90$ for the 2 boxes. Others didnt have them and didn't sell them singles. The junkyards simply didn't have them nor motor mounts, nothing. Do you think home depot might have them... Last resort would be checking with the dealer. Anyone have some laying around lol Ill buy them. Also added some pics at the start of the thread.
