Planning on changing engine mounts

Hey guys:

So i'm pretty confident my car is need of some new engine mounts. I'm planning on doing it myself, hopefully all four we will see when we get to the rear one cause i've been reading and that one sounds like PITA. My car is the 96 1.8 base DX. No ac and no cruise. I'm just looking for some advice and things to look out for. Especiall regarded where to jack while removing each brace. As this is were i wouldn't no where to start. I would guess:

Passenger mount - block off wood between the oil pan.
Driver mounts - block off wood between trany pan
Front - ??? on the cross steel running the direction front to back??
