Replace the fuel pump relay. Also check the power lines going to the fuel pump to make sure they're not damaged.

I had a bad relay and it would just make the car shut off at random times, sometimes it would be fine for days or weeks then it would shut off while driving and not start back up or just not start at all until it felt like it. Went through spark plugs and wires, fuel filter, treatments and several valves such as the FPR before I realized it was the relay.

I understand your problem doesn't sound quite like a relay, but it could be, and it's a cheaper fix to try than a fuel pressure regulator, etc.

Sure. Sounds like it's time to sell. How long are you going to keep this car?
