USA Warning involving alarm systems

If you desire an aftermarket alarm system here is some advice, If you buy one pay up and get a good one, and also have someone reputable install it( not your buddy who knows a little about stereo stuff). I just spent around 5 hours cutting all the crappy alarm wiring out of under my dash installing a $180.00 turn signal switch(that didn't fix the problem) and then had to run down power wires to reconnect my turn signals into working again, just because some bonehead did a crappy job on wiring up an aftermarket alarm(even though my car has a factory alarm that still works and goes off every time the car is opened). Which I want to disarm but still am unsure of how to. So this is just a little tip if you are interested in an alarm system. If you go cheap it may cost you more in the long run.

That's good advice on ANY add on electrical equipment. If you don't know what you are doing, it is well worth spending the money to have it installed right.
