The throttle body has 4 vacuum ports. I only have vacuum from 3 of the 4 ports. Before I try sticking a hard wire in the port to try and free any blockage I am wondering if I should have vacuum at all 4 ports

One has manifold vacuum so you hear it when you remove a hose at idle. The other is ported vacuum that only has vacuum when the throttle is opened. -SP
