93, Did I score? Feedback Please

Well I lost my car last weekend in a bad accident, I didn't have a lot of money, so I was looking for a used car on cragslist, I came accross a 93 Corolla with 46,900 original Miles, Yes 46,900. I did a carfax, came back clean a whistle, the prior owner were old and drove it only to stop and shop and back. Body is Almost mint, a few little strahces.

So I wanna know do you guys think I got a good deal, I paid $2100.

How does it check out mechanically? That will tell you if you got a good deal. Though, in reality you should have tried to bargain down to $1500, given even though it is low miles, the car is 17 years old.

That is definitely a great deal based on those numbers! The car should last forever.

Kinda high, but if the condition is really good it may be a decent deal. when was the last time things like shocks, coolant, oil, hoses, tires and brakes were serviced?

Unless they used the freeway to go to stop and shop, the engine may have more wear than the mileage indicates. All vehicles need a good highway run from time to time to keep them running a long time.

if it really is what you say it is, its not a steal, you robbed em lol
I got my 93 prizm with the 1.8L 7afe showing 84K miles 4 years ago for $1900. Corolla's go for more because of the name corolla but my car is 90% corolla. So you can see comparing to my steal, you robbed em lol but according to KBB, you paid em what is was worth, KBB doesnt put into account a lot of factors tho, so you did good

wow ya that's pretty low miles for that car. They can go to at least 250,000 and plenty more it's all about the maintance. My 96 is a baby compared to some numbers i've seen posted on here. i only have 194,000 km which is like 121 miles.
