No cracks in it, no water in it, everything is dry when I take the lights out... the moisture is between the lens itself and the outer plastic. I am not sure if they are OEM or an equivalent replacement. It was in an accident before we bought it so I don't know for sure if it is the original part from the factory. The effect is similar to what you see in headlights with moisture in it...
EDIT: The light's fitment is not quite as tight as the other tail lamp's... I'm not sure if the light housing itself may be slightly warped or if the body is slightly out of alignment. the little blue plastic trim piece below it is dented though so I figure the former.
