water pump/timing belt replacement, left over washer!

I'm replacing the water pump and timing belt. I've got everything in place and in the process of putting it all back together when I see this washer on the ground. I have no idea where it came from, I don't remember seeing it during the tear down. After looking around and trying to see where it might fit, the best I could come up with is it goes on the bolt the holds the bottom of the power steering pump in place. Can anyone who's done these repairs recognize this washer? I don't dare finish the project until I find where it goes, it looks too substantial to just toss in the spare parts bin with the stuff that's left over after working on my jeep.

That looks like the washer that goes behind the A/C belt tensioner pulley. The bolt goes through the slotted bracket, then that washer (small side facing tensioner), then the pulley, the lock nut.

You would be right. I went to a shop in town that specializes in Japanese cars, and that's what the mechanic suggested. A little late, but I appreciate you chiming in.
