i want to upgrade my cluster lights because the standard factory lights are very dull is there any way to improve it?

If you want really bright lights then go with LED's You can find out what size you need link below or any auto store should have book that will tell you. Then order some on ebay or online store of your choice. Plain lights are bright .... make sure they are not burnt out and that your illumination relay switch is all the way up... might be why you think that they are not bright :/

The cluster lights you have are 194 type. Definitely get LEDs and wide ones at that. I can help you more if needed
