Welcome to the forums! The first thing I'd do is remove the rear door cards and check to make sure that the door lock linkages are not seized or damaged. It would be a strange coincidence for them both to fail at the same time due to the linkages, but it's worth checking. If everything looks fine and moves freely in that regard, then disconnect the wiring connector from the door actuator, grab a digital multimeter and check the wiring for continuity between the door lock actuator connector and the body control module (BCM - located behind the glove compartment). Also check that there is continuity between the door actuator switch wire and the earth wire in the door lock actuator only when the door is unlocked. Good luck!
