Gripforce clutch review.

I thought I would share my experience with the gripforce clutch. Overall, my corolla is at my dispose, however out of all the cars I have had in the past few years, the rorra is the only one I have kept, and the only one I could rely on.

With that said the factory clutch took a dump at 330K+ miles at the beginning of last January. So I went on ebay, and bought a $52 gripforce clutch. It came with the disk, pressure plate, and throw out bearing, with a plastic hollow alignment tool which did not work.

Tore everything out, removed the tranny, and just sprayed the flywheel with brake parts cleaner and threw the clutch in. Put the trans back in and so far:

*I have logged 50k miles since the install of the clutch in January 2010.
*40+ dumped clutch standing starts.
*30+ burnouts.
*Handful of jumps whether they be ramps, railroad tracks, ect.

Only gripe i have is the hollow plastic alignment tool. It doesn't fit, and if you try to force it in, it will crumble. But for $52 bucks, you can't go wrong.

Highfive,
suprawillis
