Cigarette lighter, dashboard lights, radio...Just be sure to tap in parallel with the other load so you get the same voltage.

Cigarette lighter and dashboard lights are all switched circuits. Cigarette lighter goes on once the key in ignition is turned to ACC(accessory) position. As for the radio there are two sources, one is switched just like cigarette lighter and one is constantly on.

Be careful with the load though, so you don't overload a circuit.

I am going to install an alarm system and power doors (will make tutorial ) but can't think of good place to hook up the red 12volt power besides running it directly to battery...Will something like this work plugged into 20A slot?

If you want 12v constant power I don't see why the battery won't work. Just make it inconspicuous so any thieves can't just cut it and disable the alarm.

If you choose to connect directly to the battery, DO make sure to fuse your circuit. Otherwise you are risking a fire if something goes wrong. The thing in the picture would likely work, the drawback of it is that it will be very easy to disable the alarm. Just pull out the plug and replace it with the fuse alone.

I would suggest finding the constant power to the radio and tap into that. There are adapters for radio connectors "car specific"-to-ISO plug. It should be possible to find the pinout on the internet.
