Dome Light + Radio stopped working

I referenced this thread below to try to find out, but I do not see the dome light fuse anywhere. Can someone please help me out? My interior lights + radio just quit on me last night.
I have a base model 1994 corolla

94 Fuse box diagram.

So, I found the fuse under the hood, but my interior light + my radio still do not work. Can anyone give me any ideas on what else I should check.

Check the fuse panel on the driver's side kick panel. The Cig/Radio fuse there is probably blown.

I tried that also, changed both fuses still no radio or interior light. The cigarette lighter still works, so I'm assuming it has to do with the dome fuse. Also My inner fender was previously ripped out and it is pretty snowy up here so I don't know if the wiring under there was affected by the weather. Would that be a possibility?

The dome light fuse is located in the engine bay. The link you provided in your post doesn't show the fuse in the diagram unfortunately, as I only posted it to show that particular member where the stop lamp fuse in is the cabin

Here's the complete diagrams for the various fusebox locations, scanned from my factory owner's manual. The dome light fuse is number 13 (seen in the diagram in the middle of the second picture) -

Thanks Kiwi, I have already changed the dome fuse and also the cig/radio fuse and it still does not work. I also nspected the fuses I replaced and they seem fine. ANyone have any other ideas on what would cause both my dome light and radio not to get power?

Well as has been stated, the dome light and radio run off the same electrical connector. You're going to need a wiring diagram and a multimeter if you'd like to proceed to trace down where the problem is. If it's not the fuse I think you're stuck with looking by hand.

Did you ever figure out what the dome light/radio issue was? I'm having a similiar problem with my 1995 Celica - except I also have no clock on the dash. But I do have lighter. Fuses are all fine in drivers side and engine bay. So obviously it's a similiar issue to yours - maybe a wire or relay issue? Thinking of jumping but wanted to see what you did.
