am i totally screwed?

i have a 97 corolla 1.6, i got a 95 corolla engine because i blew my 97 motor. after getting the motor and tranny together i make the fatal discovery that my 95 motor has NO crankshaft positon sensor.......do i have ANY options? as i have the motor almost installed. can i rob parts off my blown engine or are the cranks completely different...thanks

sweet! and when i said there was no sensor i meant there was no spot for it. i didnt mean it was just missing. im not sure if i was clear on that. so i will take whatever housing that is attached to it and see if i can move it onto my 95 motor. thanks for the quick reply!
