UK will 95 eng/trans work in 97car

have a 97 prizm with 1.6,three speed auto(bad trans)found 1995 corolla donor car with lower mile 1.6,three speed auto,what problems will i run into or is it a direct swap,i have read some people have problems with crank sensors,egr,can anyone tell me what to look out for,many thanks.

i blew the motor in my 97 and put in a 95 engine. i did have the crank sensor issue. (the 95 didnt have it) i just swapped the parts out i needed to make it work
