I'd like to run with 16's ... can someone please help me out

You'll likely have to get something with the range of 16x8.5 or 9, +35 (or lower).

Tire sizing willl be 205/45/16. After you get the wheels mounted, you'll have to do a little fender pulling and rolling to get them to fit.
