As far as I know, they're also 1.75". The part numbers for the exhaust piping between the US spec and UK spec 7A-FE engines are the same.

hahaha! "tuned" There is no "tuning" involved, just bolt on parts and see if it still runs! Nothing to adjust but timing.

You may not want to remove the resonator depending on the muffler you use. It can sound really... unpleasant... otherwise. It takes out a lot of the nasty, harsh high edds tones and limits that awful droning 4 cylinders make. At the very least wait and see. If you decide you don't need it, cutting it out and putting in another piece of pipe between the cat and the muffler won't add any real cost to this project. What type of muffler are you using?
