Engine dies when warmed up, no warm restart

Hi folks, I'm stumbling through this, so any help is appreciated. My 95 Corolla starts fine cold, but after I run it up to the store, it won't restart for about a 1/2 hour or so. Did some checking and if I start it and let it idle it dies in about 5 mins or so. Been trying to get smarter by surfing for answers, but have not solved it yet. I changed plugs, wires, dist & rotor tried a new coolant temp sensor (was questioning the auto parts guy tho. The one he gave me goes in right near / under the dist. with 2 wire harness. The receipt said radiator switch?? but he double checked it and said it was correct...) Anyway, i tried it and no change, so I took it back. I've cleaned the throttle body.
* It will restart with starting fluid sprayed in, and run briefly.
* I have engine code 14
Like I said, I'm fumbling through, but seems like a fuel issue?? what/how can i test further. Any and all Help is appreciated!!

*have a fuel pressure gauge but now see that I need a special adapter !! arggghhh.

could be a bad fuel pump, since you're not getting fuel when it won't start.

Sometimes it can be just the coil, but other times its something else you cant replace. Look through the distributor threads and see if it matches you.
