It could be -20 out and it will start on the first try and chug untill it gets everything moving. The ac will still kick the idle up when it is on? There are a few threads on how to check and clean the IAC along with the throttle body. I think Kiwi-Corolla wrote a DIY for it. Check out these: simpler cleaning without too much disassembly '94 1.6 Idle Kiwi's DIY including removal of throttle body Rough Idle Last edited by ganda1f; 03-15-2011 at 05:02 PM.
