Rear right folding seat jammed!

Hello you corolla lovers!
Can you guys tell me how in the world can i release the right folding seat, because the button for it is stuck on down position, and i don`t know a method of macking the seat fold again. I can`t access the screws from the seat, nothing.
Maybe you guys know better.
Looking forward for your help
Forgot to mention: my corolla is from 1993, with a 7AFE engine, DX estate version!

I don't think anyone has had that issue before and that's why not one single reply? haha
What about accessing from the back through the trunk? I remember seeing 2 locking levers on the backs of the seats. Try those.

There are no locking levers from the back, from the trunck, are they hidden, or in a certain place, that`s not visible?. Can somebody send me a repair manual, or user manual in digital format for this car on st3fandragos@gmail.com?

dragos,

I'm a newbie and still learning my Prizm, so it may not be the same, however, both sides of my rear seat fold down by depressing a button on the top of each seatback. The latch is about four to six inches below the back of the seat and there are no other releases. I see no access from the trunk either. My only recommendation would be to apply pressure to the seatback (rearward) as you try to release. It may be something is wedged and keeping pressure on the locking mechanism. Short of that, I would get a socket extension (or something similar), pad it somehow to try and save the button, and use the trusty hammer to free it. Once free of course, clean and lube to keep from happening again.
