gen 7 Broken 3spd a/t to 5spd m/t swap on 1996 4afe

I have a 1996 corolla base with 4afe engine
The 3 speed auto transmission will drive but will ban and clunk in gear and will not shift.. It stays in first gear.. I guess the final drive is bad?
After seeing the price of Used 3 speed I'm considering Manuel transmission swap.
I want to know every piece I'll need for this
Transmission
Flywheel
Clutch
Slave cylinder
Starter?
Clutch pedal assembly which appears to be impossible to find
Am I missing stuff?
Where could I find any of these parts?
I live in a state that does not require emissions testing if it matters..
I may be interested in a use 3speed if someone could ship it to 72560 for under $500
Thanks,
-allen

Best advice is to get a donor car...you'll have everything and a lot of spare parts...or you can make back your $$$ by selling parts...

You will need the harness connector for the reverse light switch on the trans. Then you will need to splice the wiring from the auto trans for the lights. Also will need to rewire for the clutch switch.
