94 Corolla starter relay

Our 94 Corolla decided not to start a few days ago. No sounds. No click. Nothing. All lights come on but starter seemed dead.
Pulled the starter and had it checked. Checked out fine. Battery good. Everything seems right. Seems the only thing left is the starter relay which, according to what I've been able to read, should be located in the driver's side kick panel. But which module is the relay? Color, tabs location, size, shape, anything? Photos? Is this even the right location?
Desperate. Good little car until this hit us. Thanks.

Welcome to the forums! The fuse for the starting system is located on the driver's side kick panel inside the cabin, however the relays for the starting system are located in the engine bay's fuse box (on the driver's side for LHD vehicles).

Here's some fusebox diagrams which should help. The fuse inside the cabin is labelled as #8 in the first diagram (cabin fusebox) and the relays are labelled as #25 and #33 in the second diagram (engine bay fusebox). You'll want the middle diagram if you have a 4A-FE or 7A-FE engine:
