96 Corolla front left lower than right front

I have a 96 corolla and the left front (driver side) is lower than the right front (passenger). The back looks fine. Could it be the shocks or the springs that is causing this problem?

How much do you weigh? maybe over the years the left suspension got more compressed than the right side. JUST KIDDING!!!! LMAO

It's probably the springs as normally it's the springs that determine ride height.

Ok I measured all 4 corners, from ground to fender. Surprisinly, both front left and right are the same height (24 and five eights inches). The left rear is 24 inches and the right rear is slightly higher at 24 and 3 sixteenths inches. Is that in specs for a corolla? It looks like the left is lower than the right, but measuring it speaks something else.

Also, i just i drove home at night with the headlights on and stopping in front of my garage, and the left headlight was a little lower than the right headlight. I tried to take a pic but the picture could not take it; it made it look like it was parallel/straight

That's normal. The headlights are designed that way so that they light up road signs on the side of the road. On left hand drive models the left headlight is a little lower so that it doesn't produce glare for oncoming drivers, and vice versa on right hand drive models.

As for the height difference, that's normal too. It's quite deceptive as it can often look lower or higher than it really is, until you whip out the measuring tape and realise that it was all in your head

Only suggestion I can make is to check your tire pressures and make sure they are the same. If you have different tires on either side of the car that can cause an issue too.

oh ok, cool then its normal, but my 96 camry does not have the height looking problem and the headlights look like they are straight/parallel, or at least it looks like it.

Keep in mind that cars almost 20 years old will HAVE WORN OUT SUSPENSION PARTS!

If your springs and shocks havent been changed at least once they definitely need it anyway, along with other suspension bushings and parts that disintegrate with age.

I dont think ANYONE who has replaced any suspension part could say it wasnt needed or didnt make an improvement.
