Drain Plug for Transmission Pan

So I wanted to drain my ATF and put some fresh fluid in. In the Haynes manual it says you need an Allen Wrench to remove the drain plug, when I got under the car, there was in fact a plug with a fit for an Allen wrench/Hex key. I tried the biggest hex key I had and it didn't fit. Does anyone know what size I need to get that sucker out? I read a post on here where someone thought they needed a hex key but it was just a 14mm bolt. I do not have the 14mm bolt. I have a 96 1.6L. Hope to hear from you soon, thanks.

96 model years must have used a different plug.Mine is a 94 4sp trans. and it was 14mm regular plug.

If you have a wrench you can get a cheaper metric hex socket set. I got one from amazon for less than 9 bucks for the whole set.
