Doesn't really matter as long as they're tight, but my repair manual states that the torque wrench setting for the nuts that hold the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head is 34 Nm and that the exhaust flange nuts should be torqued to 62 Nm. The valve cover nuts should be torqued to 6 Nm

With the exception of a few fasteners (like head or rod bolts) they all take the same torque. many times the exact torque amount isnt as important and making them all the same torque, like on a manifold.

for those with the imperial system-

6mm 8 ft#
8mm 15 ft#
10mm 25 ft#

Many manuals put charts on the inside cover pages with info like this.
