Need help identifing part

Just got a 94 Corolla with 98k miles, car works great however I missed a broken hose that goes from the vapor canistor to what I believe is a sensor, could you please help me idenifing this part so I can replace it? I just saw that the harness beside it is craked, like if someone forced their hand and broke it.

Thanks for the input Leo00893, My initial guess was that it would be a sensor of some kind. Is there another name the TVV goes by, I couldn't seem to find anything with that exact description, and the only thing close enough was the ERG Valves but images on Rockauto don't seem to match, the one on the pict has a plastic to (where it broke). Any suggestions?

Luke,

Here is a link to an older post. It is as stated, a valve that is closed when cold and open when hot. Set up as a part of the EGR system (I believe) when the car is warm and at a high enough RPM, fumes are pulled from the canister with the air intake. Fumes are collected from the gas tank "trapped" until the correct conidition allows the vacuum line to pull the out.

When I looked into mine, I didn't find a replacement (most said go to a junkyard), but just deciced to fix the one I had. Can't say it works perfectly, but it isn't giving me any troubles eiher. Heres a link that starts with my work on the TVV.

Thanks Chris I'll see if I can fix it like you, until I get a chance to go and hunt one down in the local junk yards.
