4age blacktop help..."sensor near coil"???

ok first off thank you for your time..
I will be posting the swap in some detail...and in "BOLD" will be questions regarding something related to it....each question will have a #

im currently doing a ae111 20v 4age Blacktop swapping from a 1.6 4a-fe on my 97 corolla...
i did about 5 days of research and downloaded a WHOLE bunch of PDF files before i even bought my motor, but it seems that i have taken the wrong turn from my original route lol...
i was planning on using the 4age engine harness, then cutting/tracing/splicing to my body harness and junction box....

but, my brother convinced me (having more automotive experience) that i should just use the stock 4a-fe engine harness, that way, everything WILL hook up...and whatever wires and sensors we dont have, well, hook up directly to the ECU....
well, not thinking about it, i agreed..
so far, all connectors from the 4a-fe wire harness plug in perfectly into the 4a-ge sensors....only sensors missing were a couple oil sensors in the front of the 20v...
the TPS sensor for the 4a-fe was near the dizzy side, so we had to cut and splice wires to reach the TPS sensor for the 4a-ge, which is on the belts and pully side...

Question #1
on the Dizzy: instead of cutting/splicing the 4a-fe dizzy connector (4 wires)to the 4a-ge connector (4 wires)...can i just hook it up directly to the ecu?
i.e grab the ECU pinouts for the 4a-fe and move wires around to match the 4a-ge pinouts
------------------------------------------
So we drop the motor in...and when i go compare the ECU connectors..they were the same...but the pinouts were different!!! HOW COULD I HAVE MISSED THAT!?!?! i knew it, but it slipped my mind....
luckily, the "C" ecu connector (4a-fe 22 pin) is exactly the same as the 4a-ge (22 pin)....so i have about....roughly 15-20 wires on the 26 pin and 16 pin?

so now, i plan to trace wires and just manually rewire the pinouts from the 4a-fe to the 4a-ge...at least thats my theory.....

Question #2
4a-fe>4a-ge harness:
So, can i still use the stock 4a-fe harness instead of the 4a-ge, and expect the same outcome?
theoretically, the harness is just wires, the difference in specs would be individual sensors and the ECU...correct?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
today i went the the junk yard and to my surprise, there was a ae92 16v 4age...i thought to myself..OF ALL THE CHANCES?! THIS MUST BE A SIGN!!!!!!!! lol and how i was so sad....this great car..in the junk yard...i almst shed a tear...back to topic...
when i ordered my engine..it unfortunately didnt come with an ighnition coil..so lucky as i am....the Ae92 still had its ign. coilack...so i took that..along with its throttle cable...(my stock cable was too short)

Question #3
Ignition coil: Can i use this ignition coil for my 20v 4a-ge Bt?
i was told, since this is a 20v...the ign. coil would fire differenty because of the 5th valve...

Question #4
Sensor near coil?
since my 4a-fe didnt have an external ignition coil pack...the 4a-ge harness has the Ign Coil connector (Fig 1. blue box)...so my question...
what does the "sensor near coil"(fig 2. Red box) connector go to...i obviously dont have a sensor near the coil...and do i need it for my ignition system?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

i really cant think of any more questions right now...just these 2 and a half lol....any help or feed back is GREATLY appreciated....please help..THANK YOU!

Q1- Since the connectors are the same but the pinouts are different, just release the pins and put them in the right spot.

Sorry I'm no help on the other ones but there may be other websites with more experience on these that know exactly what you need.
