TRD Springs were never made for the 7th gen Corolla in North America. 7th gen owners usually use the springs from the 8th gen since they're compatible. That said, TRD springs were a mild drop, dropped a little over 1" all around IIRC.

If you want the lowest drop springs can offer get Tein S-Techs for the 8th gen 1998-2002 Corolla application.
It should put you at almost 2" lower all around.

As for the wheels, I would just leave them as they are. The black with polished lip look is really played out IMO.

I had Teins, best ever lol. They lower more in the front than the back for an aggressive stance.

Another thing is that your suspension is probably old and saggy, so you might not get as much drop as advertised.

And I'd avoid painting the rims. The paint will chip off easily. Have a shop powdercoat them if you really want. But I also do not like black rims.
