New seats little prob! help?

Hey guy, i've just brought the front honda eg9 seats this ones

But now how i'll install it? I'd already tried to mount is using the corolla stock rails, but the stock seat is about 2cm larger than the honda seat.
So i'm thinking in build some base and then weld the honda rails to it.
Have any one done this kind of job? I've found a sparco base but it cost each one more than 20€ than the price i've payed for both seats. I've made some kind of mould(?) in paper i'll post the picture!

I've anyone could give me some tips about.
Sorry about anything in my english, it is veryy rusty!

Other than buying actual adapters $$$ for nice seats $$$, or replacing with 93-01 Corolla seats, you have to do custom weld jobs.

Put the Honda seats on the Toyota rails. You didnt expect this to be easy did you?

Another way would be cut and weld bits off the toyota mounts to the honda framework.

I would love to do this to my car - find better, comfy seats, even leather, and put them (or a driver's side only) in my 96. Is there a certain Toyota car that would be known for great seats and would fit in a 'rolla? How about an older Supra?

custom weld is the way to go if you can get cross sections cut to be welded to the orignal runners of the stock corolla seats it would help alot or make a custom base. using the orignal runners you would have to take them off the seats or if you can get runners that are not on the seats would be easier, then mock them up in the car so you can get measurements for the cross sections to be welded to the orignal runners then weld the honda runners to the cross sections, this was the method i used when i installed my reclinable bucket seats.
