Please Help. Some Issues :(

Hey guys and gals,

I got a 93 Corolla LE with a 1.8L in it.

My first issue is some odd vibration. The vibration sounds and feels like it is coming from the front right tire. The vibration only occurs when I'm turning to the right AND accelerating at the same time, such as turning onto a ramp or making a turn. When turning right like if I were getting off the interstate it is fine until I step on the gas a little. Nothing happens to the left in any instance.

My second issue is odd shifting. Sometimes, it seems like the engine revs up really high and doesn't want to shift. So I let off the gas and it shifts, but then it shifts into last gear it seems because I have loss of power and no kick-down when accelerating.

Lastly, once in a while, not everyday by any means, the O/D light flashes on and off even when the button on the shifter is remained in the off position.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Vibration is most likely the axle. It could also be loose steering/suspension parts so check it carefully.

I believe that when the OD light blinks its like a CEL on the engine.

I'm sorry, CEL? And could you explain more why it would blink sometimes and then sometimes not?

As far as loose steering/suspension, that does make sense. Could it be a wheel bearing? I was doing some research and that popped up. It sucks I can't put it on myself though if that is the case. I don't have a press.

CEL is the check engine light. Do you know when the OD light primarily blinks? Such as only on highway driving or is it just randomly?

wheel bearing is a squeezing noise,if it sounds like a clicking noise it could be your cv joint,maybe?
