Valve job suggestions please

I finally found why it doesnt work... Intake valves are leaking. I have a 95 1.8l with 150K recently purchased and seems to have been beat to hell and back. Should I be looking at changing the valves, springs, guides, seals, all of it or just what is absolutly needed? Is there a kit you would recommend? Do you know the diameters (inner and outer) that I need to know before I buy? Im ordering the book but dont have it yet so I apologize for the questions that I should be able to look up. thanks for any advice... K

This is not a job you can do yourself if you dont have the tools to cut the seats. Find a good machine shop and have them do it. If they use stones for cutting seats they are in the "stone age." Seat cutting has been done for a long time now with carbide tools.

better ahead just buying a re-manufactured head and giving yours as the core. Try to get one with the cams already in and stuff.
