I have a 1994 Corolla E100 with a 2E carburator engine My temperature gauge drops below C mark while driving at the highway and returns again to normal operating temperature inside the city and crowded streets is that ok and the car never over heats cause a friend told me that my car not normal and i have to change my thermostat

Thermostat needs to be changed...while you are there change the upper & lower rad. hoses...

Yup your t-stat is stuck open. It's a fairly easy diy job. There is a how-to right in the DIY thread.
