200k oil change

Good Evening All,

As most of you know, I have only had my Prizm since February. However, I still wanted to post a pic of turning 200,000 miles. I know many out there have more miles, but with a little luck and maintenance/repair, I hope to post a photo of 300,000 four or five years from now.

I also wanted to post a pic of my oil level and color. It was still just above the line and moderate in color. The Haynes indicates 3.7 qts to fill the 1.8L and I put in four. This level is after 5,200 miles. I don't think it is burning much, I do know it is leaking from the timing chain cover. Another days repair.

"timing chain" - guess I'm showing my age and the fact I'm new to the Toyota/Geo scene.

If it is leaking at the front of the engine you need to do that maintenance without delay. Oil and timing belts DONT mix. Replace the crank and cam seals when you add that new belt and you're good to go.
