94 1.6l no start

Hi, new guy with a dead 94 corolla.

When keyed to start the engine cranks but doesn't fire. Fuel pump is not running, but it, the relay and the efi fuse/relay are all good. Am I supposed to be seeing battery voltage at the b+ terminal in the diagnostic connector? As it stands I have a 3k ohm resistance to ground but no voltage between it and ground. However i do see batt voltage between it and the pos terminal of the battery.

I'm at a loss here.

Thanks!

Ok. I'm working on the car now, jumping the b+ to bat pos I get the cel (that I didn't have before) and now the fuel pump relay is clicking.

Still no start though

Gave up, friend offered us a J30 at a steal of a price so we simply have replaced the car. Due to the exceedingly poor condition of the car look for it in a future LeMONS race
