4afe aftermarket ecu

hey lol been awhile since i have been on here..
anyway i need some help.. and i thought youd be the place to to ask.

i am building a 4afte with 4agze bottom end 4afe head with mega-squirt i am wiring the mega squirt as write this to you now.

but i have the issue of tuning and i was wondering if anyone could help me out with an ignition map? and fuel map? just something to start off with then i can tune from there.
like a standard one
just any advice would be cool thank you.

Did you try to generate a base table in MegaTune? Another option is to make a really basic rpm-based table like the centrifugal advance in a distributor creates. I'm not sure how much advance these engines typically like, but a max advance in the low- or mid-20° area by 3500-4000rpm would probably be alright to get you started at low boost. Keep an ear out for pinging regardless. It will likely be most prone to rattle at boost onset. Some way to monitor EGT would be a really good idea here since too little advance will cause EGT to skyrocket and, if left unchecked, will melt the turbine.

Unless, of course, you already have it sorted out two months after originally posting.
