USA car jerks??

I have a 93 geo prizm, 3 speed auto, and about 147k on it that i drive everyday. Everytime i let off the gas going 55 mph or faster, the car would jerk pretty hard. This gets super annoying especially when driving in traffic
Anyone have any idea what can possibly be going on with the car??

Well, the fact that it gets loud doesn't mean much, there isn't alot of sound deadening material put in these cars. It's not like a luxury car.

You can visually check your motor mounts fairly easily. There's a total of four. One in the front, one in the back, one on the left and one on the right. Check to see if any of the rubber is cracked apart...Not just dry rotted but literally cracked thru. Then you can start your engine, pop your hood, rev it up some and see what it does. Check to see if the motor rocks back and forth excessively.
