Radiator fins

I have noticed recently that i am getting a coolant drop in the coolant reservoir about a half inch every trip i checked for leaks in every where there was no traces but only at the radiator itself i found coolant traces on the fins so i think the fins OR inner radiator tubes are leaking.
1st-how can i fix this problem cause i am low on budget currently and can not afford changing a radiator
2nd-can i drive with this problem and continue adding this tiny amount of radiator fluid every trip as my car never over heats and operating in the normal temperature range
3rd-is this OEM radiator aluminium or brass?
grateful for everyone who is going to help me

1. no, cannot repair without causing more damage to the radiator
2. yes, just keep the coolant full. DO NOT use stop leak products, they will clog the cooling system and cause your car to over heat
3. Aluminum.

I am not normally a fan of stop leak products, but given your situation, you could try a tube of Bar's Leak Gold. You can buy this at WalMart for less than $2.00 per tube. If is a brown powder (ground ginger root among other things) sold in a small tube and it will not clog heater cores or radiators. It is made of the same ingredients that GM Coolant Suppliment Tablets are made from, and GM specifies the use of these during each coolant change for several models including the older Northstar engines. Do NOT use the Bars Leak product that looks like rubber chunks in syrup and I would also avoid the aluminum flake stop leak products as these are likely to clog a part of your cooling system.

There are a variety of stop leak products, I'm not a fan of any of them. And really a radiator for these cars are not that expensive so imo I would change the radiator. Heck if you really need to save, consider a radiator from a u-pull-it yard. Some offer a 30 day warranty and you can get one pretty cheap, then perform a flow test on it before you install it and then, install it, add water, and pressure test it. If it's good, then drain it and add your coolant...good to go.

Save your money for a new rad. It WILL get worse. The day you find the reservoir empty you'll know for sure you have gone as far as you can safely.

Dont forget to do a flush before you install the new rad.
