I the USA there is a vapor recovery system for the fuel tank, so our tanks (when all the parts are working right) have a vacuum when opened. You'll have to get a manual from your country to see how Toyota does it in Egypt.

my engine is a 2e carburator so i dont have emission contol system just i have a tiny vapour canister in the fire wall with one hose connected to the tank and the other to the air i think it must be clogged so can i just cancel it and make the hose from the tank open to the air cause i think there is another pressure relief valve inside the tank already?

Interesting, I can tell you from experience, I had this problem on the 7AFE and 4AFE engines. In fact, if you search you will see some other threads with the same issue. I found the charcoal canister was stopped up causing the pressure build up and it literally burst two fuel tanks before I figured it out. It caused a seam in the tank and the tank started leaking. So make sure you don't put this issue off for long...

I would disconnect the vapor line to the canister you spoke of and drive it a little while. See if you still have the built up pressure. If not, more than likely the problem is inside that canister.

Maybe not relevant to OP, but would this cause issues at inspection for US cars?

Yes, very possible. And just want to mention, I'm not suggesting to leave it that way, but only as a way to test to see if the canister is the culprit.
