I recently moved to Ottawa from the states and was just wondering how many canadians there are on this forum who own 7th gen rollas. it would be nice since to know for some people in case they wanna get some work done on their cars or just get together, so post you locations canadians!!!! eh!!! lol
Welcome to Canada indeed :p the weather down there in the winter isn't near as bad as near where I and 1jzdreamer live haha, so you'll have it pretty good, by my standards anyways. I live in Northwestern Ontario, in Kenora, about 2 hours from Winnipeg.
Nice i wanna visit konora one day. Heard it's mint there in the summer.
But ya i've got a 96 corolla. Little canada info. There was a huge demand for the 93-97 corolla's because guys were shipping them to afganistan which drove the price of all the cars up especially the LE's. Since like may or july. There was some new rule or something that they weren't aloud to ship them no more. So the price dropped. The basic corolla you can find for like 800-1200 and LE from 1000-1600cad.

Kenora* :P, but yeah it is pretty awesome here in the summer, the tourist inflow is crazy. Pretty deece in the winter too, except our roads suck so I can't ever hope to lower my car.
I don't technically own a corolla but I'm in charge of keeping my girlfriends oldest sons 94 DX running since he has all the mechanical inclination of a door post

Kenora is no different from Winnipeg. Mine is lowered without issues. Just be smart about it. Even drove it boosted/lowered for a winter. Was a blast.

Boost, may you RIP.
There's no way I could drive a lowered car here (Edmonton) in the winter. We had enough problems with my wife's stock height Camry dragging bottom on icy ruts and damaging crap. I would like to lower my Rolla but it wouldn't be practical here in the winter and it's my DD.

You don't have to deal with the hills we have :P haha. Trust me, lowering this thing here would be bad. My friends and I have bottomed out Tacomas and lifted cars here just casual street driving.
