Good luck with that -- that's a Brazil-spec ECU...no clue if it would be possible to swap in a more common Corolla ECU.

Well your surely aren't going to find an ECU for a Corolla in the Camry Forum....I assumed you own a 7th gen, and moved you thread here.

Hi, I found one in your site. Are you the owner?

Its listed as: Electrical - Ignition system - Ecm - Manual trans - Year 96-97
and its cost is: $856.18

Is this right? in this case I'll be willing to buy it.

Tks

I'm confused, what site???

I have one that I got out of a salvage car. I had plans to do just a manual swap so I was collecting parts. But then I swapped the whole engine and tranny so the ECU I had got wouldn't have worked. But I own a 97 Corolla so I know the one I got would have worked fine.

So I will make you a much better deal on this one that I have. I wouldn't buy a new one....BIG waste of money. Send me a PM if your interested

I got confused. It seems that you have a signature with a black car picture and a web site: www.cardomain.com/ride/2950600

Anyway, I'll contact you by PM
