93 Corolla lower dash panel remove

I'm trying to get the lower dash panel out of my 93 Corolla. I've found two phillips screws on the botton edge, and two bolts that go in horizontally on the far left and right sides. It's showing no signs of coming out (indeed, it doesn't seem at all looser, even with these 4 fasteners removed) - what am I missing?

If you talking about under the steering wheel. I believe you have to remove the driver side sill like where the door closes. There will be a screw towards the belts and than it just unclips(careful not to break) and i believe there's a bolt behind that, that will have to removed.

Again i don't no which peice you are referring too. and it's funney that i don't completely remember. I just took apart my dash 3 days ago.

You are talking about the piece under the steering wheel? It comes out easy. There are 4 10-mm bolts holding it in. The 2 upper bolts are behind little panels you have to pop out.

The lower dash panel underneath the steering wheel is also held in with metal clips, in addition to the bolts you removed. Simply pull it straight down and it will pop out.
